To accommodate everyone beautifully, I am opening up mid-week slots online while handling weekends by request:

Wednesdays Are Now Open Online: You can now conveniently book your mid-week appointments directly through the online portal.

Weekend Availability (By Text Only): Saturday and Sunday slots will not be visible online for June. If you need a weekend appointment, please text me directly at 505.475.0123 to check premium availability.

☀️ Summer is Around the Corner

The heat is coming, and so are the vacations! Don’t wait until the last minute to figure out your summer style. We highly recommend pre-booking your summer appointments now to secure your preferred dates through June and July. Also, during this time I will be accepting box braid appointments but availability will be limited. Once the box braid appointments are filled that will be it.

⏰ Policy Update: After-Hours Appointments

To ensure we continue providing the best experience possible while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our stylists, please take note of our policies:

All appointments must be booked through the online booking site. This is also where many questions can be answered including my availability. Lastly, going forward, an After-Hour Appointment Fee of $50 will be strictly assessed for any bookings scheduled outside of standard business hours. This fee will be due in full at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our craft!

I want to take a moment to thank you for continually supporting my business. Without each and every one of you, The Black Experience would not be possible. Your loyalty, trust, and love truly mean everything to me.

✨ Friendly Reminders:
• Please be sure to add your birthday to your client profile.
• Don’t forget to sign up for loyalty rewards so you don’t miss out on exclusive perks.

📅 Booking & Appointment Policies (Effective Immediately):
• All appointments must be booked online and require a deposit. This policy is non-negotiable.
• If you are running late, communication is required.
• Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late will incur a $35 late fee if I am still able to accommodate your appointment.
• If I am unable to accommodate your appointment due to lateness, it will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
• Clients who are late more than three times will be blocked from booking future services.

Please understand that punctuality is essential to my business. Being late affects not only your service, but the experience of every client scheduled after you.

👶 Minor Policy:
If your child is under the age of 14, a parent or guardian must remain in the building for the entire duration of the appointment.

Don't forget to book your Valentine's Day hair appointments. My books are now open to for March so don't forget to book your spring break hair appointments.
