Contact me for at [email protected] or (505) 850-3425 more information! About me: I was drawn to birth work after experiencing a tremendous and joyful awakening during my first pregnancy. I believe that women possess an inherent birthing wisdom, and I love to help them tap into this knowledge through dance, yoga, and meditation. My dream is for all women to feel empowered by pregnancy and birth, and to begin parenthood confident in their bodies and mothering instincts. When I'm not doing birth work, I can be found pursuing my other passions: writing fiction, attempting to garden, and hanging out with my husband and two young daughters, who continually amaze, challenge, and inspire me. Dancing for Birth classes are held every Wednesday evening (beginning Feb. 12, 2014) at Inspired Birth and Families, located at 6855 4th St. Learn more and register at: inspiredabq.com.
