Hello peeps!
I’m asking clients if you need to cancel or reschedule to please try to give a 12-24hrs notice if possible so that it gives me time to fill the spot or so I don’t need to take an unnecessary drive down to the shop, i understand emergencies happen however, if you cancel last minute within the hour or at the time of your appointment there will be a 50% fee of the scheduled services added to your next service appointment. This is to cover for loss time and wages. Thank you for your understanding 😊
