What does it really mean to be a "team"?

To give grace to those we work with. Some may think of grace as forgiveness. Others may describe it as patience or compassion. We encourage grace to combat reactivity. Instead of reacting impulsively to an annoying or unwanted situation, we ask our team to pause and reflect first. Have we previously made the mistake we are currently blaming someone else for? Yes. Was what they did really that bad, or are we just having a bad day and this is the excuse we need to lash out? If the mistake really is "that bad," is anger the most effective approach? Not likely.

When we give grace to others, they often return it. Cycles don't always have to be negative.
