Restrictions or tightness in the joint capsule in One Direction or entire tighten of the capsule more common referred to as frozen shoulder
medically known as is adhesive capsulitis.

Let’s call it “adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder” so it makes perfect sense.

Intraoral Massage (massage in mouth with glove with head, face and under chin.) will start back up on Monday.
This is an upper body only session. We can add feet for a myofascial aspect.

TMDJ, lock jaw and Possible vertigo/tinnitus

Temporalis, masseter, Lateral Pterygoid, Medial pterygoid, mylohoid and digastric muscles.
