Lately, I’ve had an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Right now, I do not charge a cancellation fee — but please know that your appointment time is reserved just for you, and when it’s missed, it’s a spot that could have gone to another client.

If this continues, I will need to implement a cancellation policy with a fee moving forward.
