✨Here’s a little esty tip for you today, beauties. Your cleanser needs more than 5 seconds. 😉

Cleansing is the foundation of healthy skin.
Instead of quickly rinsing your cleanser off, massage it into the skin for 30–60 seconds. This helps break down oil, debris, sunscreen, and makeup more effectively while stimulating circulation.

Small habits like this can a make a big difference in your skin over time. Trust me 💆🏼‍♀️🫶✨

The first system I just so happen to be studying is the Integumentary system! This is your SKIN, and it’s the largest organ in your body. It’s main job is protecting you while constantly renewing itself.

That’s why what you put on your skin (and how you treat it) truly matters 🤍

The first cleanse removes makeup, SPF, and the day’s buildup so your skin can truly breathe! I prefer a “balm” for this step, because it works so well to breakdown all that “yuck!”
In the second cleanse, I’ll use a cleanser geared towards your skin’s exact needs to “treat” it.

Do this at home, too. Everything you apply after will better absorb. 🫶💆🏼‍♀️💕
