I'm on record as saying that cherry is my favorite domestic hardwood. These brushes (which are both available at my site) are perfect examples of why. That tight, zipper like grain, the rich color, and the way it pairs with other materials is just too good.

I know this profile isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I really dig it. The contrasting finishes - glossy ferrule and matte base - and the twin brass inlays take what would otherwise be a boring ivory handle to another level.

With five flutes and a matte finish, it's hard for me to believe this lime handle is still up for grabs... But it do.
