This is not an easy post to write...
In October I left and moved from the dollhouse beauty salon as they were moving locations at the time. I talked with Amanda about taking a small break from my business to sort out personal events I was going through. I had hoped to return the beginning of this year either back at the salon with the wonderful ladies there or to try it out of my home with a personal work area.
Unfortunately life gives us lemons a whole dang tree sometimes which was a huge factor in my decision. At the end of last month I suffered from a stroke, thankfully it was small and I will have no long term complications from it. However, it has shown me that I may have too much on my plate right now to step back into business. Someday I hope to but I know it won't be right now.
I reached out to my trainer Renee and she has offered to give my personal clients that already have previous work done by myself a special touch up price. Typically if clients go to a new artist it is considered a new appointment and is full price. Thanks to her none of my clients have to start over, so you can reach out to me if needed or directly to her at her phone number 859-991-7209. She also has a page at permanent makeup by Renee and has started some really awesome new things on the side as well. So check her out and don't forget to tell her you had your makeup done by myself.
I cannot tell you how sad it is to leave this part of my life behind because it has been Amazing! To each of my lovely clients I thank you all for allowing me the chance to give you beautiful brows, eyeliner and lip blushing!

Someday I may give it another go but for now God is leading me down another path! I wish each of you well and thank you for your kindness, for believing in me, and for trusting me as your artist.

🌞You can still have beautiful permanent makeup in the summer! You will want to be cautious of being in the sun but wearing a hat and sunblock can keep them looking great.
During healing you will want to avoid swimming and sweating in the first 7 days but after that you can enjoy your summer as normal. Just make sure to schedule accordingly around those fun vacations you have planned. 🌞

Jennifer was the WINNER of the giveaway for foster care awareness month. She is definitely deserving of some pampering for sure! Jennifer has been a special education teacher in Ohio for many years and her husband retired from the Air force, worked in HVAC for 20 years and then decided to make a change into Campbell county school transportation. They both have given so much of their time to caring for children.
They have a 15 year old son, but in 2014 they talked about helping other children in an extraordinary way of starting foster care classes to open their home and share their love. They got their first placement in 2020 and since then have fostered 6 children in their home. They have 4 and 5 year old siblings that came from a horrendous situation and have received so much love from Jennifer and Marty, and they are hoping to adopt them in the near future. They do not plan on stopping there, they have received multiple calls recently for new placements and are making the choice again to show love and kindness to a few other children.

Jennifer is a kind, caring and beautiful person and she deserved some pampering and kindness as well. Thank you Jennifer for trusting me with your brows and sharing your story! ❤️
