When it comes to appointments, deposits, cancellations, arrival times, communication, policies, and respecting my time — none of it is a joke.

I love what I do. I love servicing my clients. I appreciate every person who continues to support my business. But please understand that Beyond the Mirrorst is still a BUSINESS, and there are policies in place for a reason.

I’m noticing certain habits starting to become a little too comfortable, and before they become normal, we’re going to address them.

Respect my time the same way I respect yours.
Read your confirmations.
Know the policies.
Communicate properly.
And please don’t assume exceptions will be made just because we know each other or you’ve been coming to me for a long time.

Motherhood doesn't stop because I have clients, and business doesn't stop because life gets hard.

I'm learning to balance both, even on the days when my heart and mind are exhausted. One thing about me, though? When I get behind that chair, I find a little piece of myself again.
