Thanks Johnny On The Spot CPR for the CPR refresher! Not only does John have great knowledge and background in CPR but he also comes to you and your business, making certification and renewal easy to schedule. His course has given me confidence in knowing what to do!

ah!! So many things have unfolded for Wind Down in the past week and I have been anxious to share my excitement! As they say, once you stop looking...whats meant for you will find you...WE ARE MOVING TO A NEW LOCATION!!

I will try to keep this as short as possible but I want to share all the exciting things Wind Down has in store for the near future. As I have enjoyed the past 3 years at The Edge co. with the vibes of downtown and the cutest little coffee shop, foot steps away (which I encourage you all to still visit!) It is time for Wind Down to expand and move forward with the goals and visions I have had since starting this business 4 years ago.

Whats next??
beginning in August, I will start the transition to the new location within the Turning Leaf Business offices (the old tastefully simple building). Was I looking for a new space? Not at the moment, but the opportunity fell at my feet and I knew it was aligned with what I had been looking for in a space. Brianna with The Wellness collective reached out to me, to collaborate our businesses to create a place where your wellness is a priority. A place you can go to relax, unwind, empower and strengthen your well-being.

Whats new for existing clients:
*Access to the commons areas- a serene back patio and many quiet seating areas to really unwind and relax before or after your massage.

* Discounted rates to memberships and packages at The Wellness Collective- which also offers discounted rates at Valhalla Lifting Club. https://alexandriawell.com/

*Access to locker rooms with showers and potential for saunas to be installed

* A parking lot! I know this one isn’t too exciting, but for those of you who have had to fight for a parking spot over the years, you get it!

As mentioned, I will start this transition in August but will not be fully moved in until the end of the month. I am excited to keep you updated as we move along and hope to share more pictures with you as it gets closer.
