Building a business by yourself is a whole different kind of hard.

I remember when I worked my 8–5 job. I loved being able to clock out, go home, and mentally check out from work. I knew I never wanted the responsibility of running a business because, at that point in my life, I already felt like everything else was on my shoulders.

But God had other plans.

Seven years ago, I lost my dad. My rock. My sense of security. MY entire life changed.

I didn't know how to navigate a life without him. I didn't know what this new version of my life was going to look like.

But God did.

Looking back, I believe the Lord knew I needed freedom. Freedom to grieve, to heal, to find my peace, and to create a life that looked different from the one I had known. I couldn't do all of that on someone else's clock.

That journey led me here.

Running my own business. Building something from the ground up. Carrying every responsibility I once said I never wanted.

And I am absolutely in love with it.

It is one of the hardest things I have ever done, and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

I love the freedom. I love the peace. I love being able to create a space where others can come as they are, slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel safe and at home in their own bodies.

I love helping people become more aware of what their bodies are telling them, learning to listen instead of constantly pushing through.

That is the part of this work that fills my soul.

We live in a world that is constantly pushing us to do more. Meanwhile im creating a life of power in stillness and rest, and teaching others to know it's ok to do the same.

The part I struggle with? The business side. The marketing. The constant need to put myself out there, stay visible, and remind people that I'm here.

Because somewhere along the way, I've become someone who deeply loves my community but also deeply loves my solitude. The quiet. The stillness. The simplicity of just being.

And when you're building a business on your own, you don't always get to just be. You're the therapist, the receptionist, the marketer, the planner, the bookkeeper, and everything in between.

Some days, it's exhausting.

But then I think about the people who have walked through my doors. The stories you've shared with me. The trust you've placed in my hands, and now my feet, too. The friendships, the conversations, the hugs, and the moments of awareness, and growth I've been blessed to witness.

And I remember exactly why I'm here.

For three years, y'all have helped me grow something that started with nothing more than faith, a vision, and a desire to help people feel at home in their bodies.

I truly could not have done this without you.
