I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

I will help you set goals, learn about new foods and techniques that you can easily incorporate into your daily lifestyle. When health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot manifest, strength cannot fight, wealth becomes useless, and intelligence cannot be applied.

I’m honor of World Sleep Day

Here’s a great breathing exercise to help you sleep better.

This breathing technique can lower your heart rate and blood pressure, readying your body for deep sleep. If anxiety and irritability keep you awake, Bhramari Pranayama may help you relieve that tension so you can drift off.

* Sit in a comfortable seated position, with your eyes closed or gazing downward.

* Take notice of the feeling of the ground beneath you and ground down through your sit bones while lengthening your spine.

* Breath in and out of your nose with lips closed gently, teeth separated, keep your face and jaw relaxed.

* Bring your hands to your face, gently pressing your thumbs on the cartilage of your ears to block out sound; your index fingers are placed over your closed eyelids, your middle fingers on the sides of your nose. Do not block your nose or hold your breath.

* Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your nose, making a humming sound as you exhale.

* Repeat for 6 or more cycles of breath.


Today is the day we challenge ourselves and others to tell their story. There is beauty in sharing your memories, challenges, victories, and triumphs. HOW TO OBSERVE Commit to writing your story. Grab pen and paper or your favorite device and begin typing away ❤️

Let your light shine within. Allow it to connect from your crown to your sacral chakra.

I want you to try something this morning. Before you jump (or crawl) out of bed to start your day. Try a morning breathing exercise to relieve any stiffness, achy muscles, or foggy brain.

This exercise will allow you to open up your chakras and be more present throughout the day.

Special Tip: Don’t forget to repeat it during the day if you feel that anxious energy creeping up on you.

Stand up and bend forward from the waist with your knees slightly bent. Let your arms dangle at your sides. Let your body slowly roll down to meet your knees.

Inhale slowly and deeply as you return to a standing position, lifting your head last.

Hold your breath for a few seconds.

Exhale slowly as you return to the original position (bending forward from the waist) and then return to standing position.

Do this as many times as you need to.

Add wiggling your toes and fingers and rolling your neck before rolling down for a little dazzle dazzle.
