The TGM Extensions website and packaging is plain and simple.

Why? Because you're buying hair extensions, not ego.

We strive to keep our products cost effective and a big part of that is not spending money on wild custom packaging and passing that cost on to stylists.

Look at this gorgeous girl! I'm in love with how this turned out...
Heavy back to back foils in a wide money frontal style, babylights and lowlights throughout the rest, and just a few mini keratin fusion bond extensions in the front to fill in. ..
Literally everything about this is exactly what I love doing most.

I'm basically 40, cut me some slack on celebrity names

It's like these hair extensions were made for her. Fun fact, they kind of were...
When I designed the ultra dimensional mixie colors from TGM Extensions, I had this client in mind when designing Deep and Honey. Deep is a mix of chocolate browns with micro highlights of caramel, Honey is a mix of three shades of warm blondes...
For this application we used one bundle of Deep and half a bundle of Honey. The great thing about these colors is that when you have clients who've had lived in highlights you need something that isn't going to leave stripes when compared to the client's existing dimension. That's where these come in. If we were doing a full application with four or more bundles we probably would have used some solid colors in addition to these, but to be able to use two shades and get six colors mixed in is a game changer...
If you are a client interested in getting these on your head with me, send me a message or book a consultation online. If you are a hair stylist and receiving getting these for your clients send me a message and we'll get everything taken care of for you. They are perfect for back stock...

1st picture is today's after photo, no new hair just refreshed color on existing hair and extensions. ..
2nd picture is what these extensions looked like 6 weeks ago leaving the salon. It wasn't until I looked at the side by side today that I really realized how much the color had faded. ..
Super happy with today's refreshed results and now these extensions should stay fresh looking for several more months before needing to be replaced or refreshed again. ..

Blondie to the ma # # # with a hint of "Mink"..
Should I make Mink a permanent color for TGM Hair Extensions?..
It's got a super subtle hint of pink rather than gold or copper for adding warmth to your blonde hair without the brass attack. ..

I have the absolute coolest most beautiful clients on the entire planet...
This cutie and I have been trying to lighten a couple of pieces next to her face to mimic and accentuate her natural gray hair coming in, and it has been so tricky to try and get it light enough to look like silver or gray hair. ..
Today we decided to use some of the TGM Extensions, from the augmented reality line, in the color "Salted." We took five fusions and cut them in half to create baby bonds, and put a couple on each side. The result is exactly what we've been trying to do with lightner, with zero lightener damage!..
If you're looking to go out your gray you should try this color or or darker blend "Peppered" to help blend your gray effect...
DM me if you're interested in an appointment, or if you're a hair stylist interested in stylist pricing to purchase them for your clients...

Client running late means y'all get another outdoor selfie in the sun...
Wondering what's been going on with The Glass Menagerie lately? Let me give you a quick rundown:

1) We are currently in the process of switching over some of our retail from J Beverly Hills to Verb, but not currently switching over any of our color products.
2) We are rocking and rolling with our 2024 hair extension classes schedule, including the upcoming April 7th hair extension collaboration vivids class in Manassas.
3) And generally we're just trying to enjoy life. The horrors persist, but so do we. Shiny new stuff and distractions help a lot :-)..

I'm terrible at remembering to take photos. I literally was cleaning up after this client left, realized I forgot an after, and raced into the hallway to catch her before she left the building. Pretty good aftershots for an afterthought. ..
We removed her previous tape extensions, did a full bleach and tone, and then applied 100 grams of fresh 22 inch genius wefts (5 pieces, three color patterns, four colors total)...

Taking a short break from building my empire to enjoy the sunlight, can you tell from the expression of my face that my eyes don't like it as much as my brain does?

This is the same hair in all three of these photos, and it looks three different colors depending upon how far I hold the camera. Keep this in mind when you're thinking about your inspo photos and how something is going to look on you. The craziest part is that in real life it looks darker.

Can you believe how good the growout is on these? Fusion extensions are absolutely my favorite low maintenance option for clients with the right hair type...

Love a good ponytail look...

Admin days can be tricky when Meta goes down. That means temporarily unable to interact with Facebook and Instagram.

BUT, it did force me to update a lot of stuff on my website through Wordpress and Square. I updated my prices (price change went into effect on March 1st), I updated the online extension sessions pricing page on my website, I wrote new classes, and I updated my extension classes page on my website.

Last week I updated my Square booking site to have all my Tuesday pre-set classes available for tickets. (This is for all five classes I teach, and the collab class at Happy Labs in Manassass).

April 7th!

Yes please. 1 row, 3 pieces. Perfection.

It doesn't take a lot of extensions to make a lot of difference.

4th photo is the before.
We took out 100 grams of flat tip Fusion, colored (highlight and lowlight), and then applied 125 grams of fresh hair extensions using custom ordered color combinations.
This transformation has a total charge of roughly $1,200 and lasts four to six months before we do the whole thing again. That divides down to a cost of just $200-$300 per month, similar to traditional monthly coloring services.
As always, my prices include retail home use products and gratuity, so there's no hidden sneaky fees.

If there's typos in this I'm too lazy to find them...
The class mentioned here for April 7th will be taking place at , and has been built specifically in partnership for ...
The first half is a massive intro where you will get to look and see all sorts of extension stuff, and the second half will be a paid Montessori Style hair extension coloring class component. Mark your calendars and DM me to stay in the loop :-)

This morning I was told that my idea of a free intro class is so thorough that I really should charge for it, which begs the question if that's what I'm giving away for free, how much information can you get if you pay me for it?..
Literally I have like textbooks worth of information for paid classes and trainings that I do for hair extensions, and I boiled it down to about 30 pages of content that I think qualifies as free intro information. I hate gatekeeping, I hate massive paywalls, and I hate the amount of misinformation that exists around hair extensions...
If you're a hairstylist interested in having a more comprehensive background in hair extensions for extension work you already do or to get your feet into extensions and figure out what direction you want to point yourself at, let me know. There's an upcoming class in Manassas that I'm doing in partnership with Happy Labs education on Sunday April 7th, but I also do custom classes and I will be announcing a full list of class dates coming up.
