Hello. I'm Ellen, I'm a massage therapist by trade.
I have been practicing for 17ish years. I got into bodywork because a massage is one of the simplest ways to feel better in most circumstances with the least amount of analysis. I, also, do coaching for people trying to figure out where they are in their lives when everything is changing. I enjoy being a part of the process for humans to become more themselves. It's an amazing sight.

Before getting to Alexandria, Minnesota, I was in Chicago doing a little bit of storytelling, comedy and pottery poorly.
