Behind every beautiful finish is a stylist who is a little obsessed with the details. Here are a few things you should know about me before taking a seat in my chair…

✨ I’m a perfectionist.
If I spot one curl that could be just a little better as you’re walking out the door… don’t be surprised if I call you back. The details matter.

🧴 I’m a complete product nerd.
My guilty pleasure? Trying every new product I come across. Consider me your personal hair-product investigator. If there’s something worth knowing about, I probably want to try it.

☕ Coffee is non-negotiable.
A beautiful blowout and a good cup of coffee? Two of my favorite things.

🌴 My happy place is anywhere tropical.
Summer will always have my heart. Give me sunshine, warm weather, and somewhere beautiful, and I’m there.

🥂 My chair is your escape.
I’m probably going to say something completely random and slightly unhinged at some point, and I fully encourage you to do the same. 😂

INSPIRATION PHOTO vs. EXACT FORMULA

One of the BEST things you can bring to your color appointment is an inspiration photo. It gives us a visual of the tones, brightness, dimension, placement, and overall vibe you’re drawn to.

But here’s the part that’s important to understand:
Your inspiration photo is our starting point. Not a recipe we can copy and paste onto your hair.

Two people can have the exact same color formula put on their hair and walk out with completely different results.

Why?

Because your starting canvas matters.

Your natural level, previous color, underlying pigment, porosity, texture, density, gray percentage, condition of your hair, and even what’s been done to it over the last few YEARS can all affect how your hair lifts and how it accepts color.

That gorgeous blonde in your inspo photo may have started as a natural level 8 with untouched hair… while you may be starting with a level 4 and several rounds of permanent color underneath.
Same goal, completely different road to get there.

And sometimes, that road takes more than one appointment.

Our job isn’t to copy someone else’s formula. It’s to look at the photo, figure out what you love about it, evaluate the hair sitting in our chair, and create a CUSTOM plan to get you as close to that goal as your hair will safely allow. Because we'd rather tell you, “We can absolutely work toward this, but it’s going to take a couple sessions,” than destroy the integrity of your hair trying to force it there in one.
