This is what a week can look like as a massage therapist. It’s not just muscles and techniques. It’s people walking in carrying grief, stress, pain, recovery… all of it. Some days you’re helping someone finally get relief from a headache they’ve had for days. Some days you’re working around surgery. Some days you’re sitting with someone who just got really hard news about their health. And some days you’re just holding space while someone talks through the same story again… because it matters to them. It can be a lot. Physically and emotionally. But there are also these quiet moments that make it worth it. When someone takes a breath and you can feel their whole system drop a little. When they get off the table and they move easier. When they just say “thank you” and you know it meant something. We don’t just work on bodies. We work with people in whatever they’re carrying that day. And we don’t forget that.

Happy hump day! I had a last minute cancelation tomorrow. Thursday jan 29th at 1015am. If you'd like it message me.

Happy friday everyone. Just wanted to clarify some things on my policy for attendance. If you don't show up on time there is no guarantee that I'll still be at the office. Scheduling for an hour doesn't mean I'm required to stay that long waiting for you. I understand things happen but please be respectful of my time as well.

Thank you
Jenny

Little leo came to the shop today. He got to meet some new friends and snuggle some old ones. He says thanks for all the love today...because he doesn't get near enough attention at home 😁🙄❤️

I have a friend who loves diamond painting. Loves it! She knows I love the water and boom...i have my own masterpiece. I so appreciate all the gifts my friends and clients bring. Your thoughtfulness warms my heart.
