I haven’t posted a good GUNKIE jar in a bit so I thought this deserved its own spotlight 🔦 What’s happening in this photo: This solution starts out clear in color but is now a golden color. The pieces you see floating were all exfoliated and extracted from the skin during our Deluxe Hydrafacial treatment.

Over the summer, sweat, sunscreen, makeup and dead skin can build up and feel rough, extra oily and in need of some love.

While we have to use extra caution when having facial services in the summer, there are some treatments that are absolutely safe to have performed as long as you practice good sun protection.

Today (Monday) was a bit rough and certainly lived up to it’s reputation… But at least I got to do these treatments 🤩 How was your Monday?

I see this ALL OF THE TIME. Patients want to correct their skin but don’t want to invest in protecting/maintaining it. Listen, no judgement here but know: It will always be more expensive to correct something you are unhappy with vs. protecting it from occurring in the first place.

Side note… Am I seeing things? how is no one talking about the underwires popping out of Beyonce’s dress?!

My mini estie bestie was back at it again - this time with a little eyebrow maintenance for her favorite client.

I needed a little self care of my own tonight… once I got the little babe to bed, I took my time washing my face, applied a spicy chemical peel 🔥 performed some facial cupping, put on a calming mask and laid on my acupressure mat with my feet up the wall to de-stress a bit 🧘🏻‍♀️ I also filled up the bathtub with some nice warm water and epsom salt to do a foot soak buuuut then I forgot about it and only remembered once I got comfy in bed🙃 ?

We all need to be better about taking time for ourselves to slow down and just breathe for a minute!

My mental health meds are kicking in so I am off to dream land! ✌️
