Our H&D Nail Spa Salon is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for our clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs. Walk them to the proper nail station, and inform assigned nail technicians of their arrival
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure schedules are organized efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Serve the refreshment drinks to the clients
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure cleanliness throughout the salon
- Handle client feedback or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and sales transactions
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing payments and appointments

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
