I spend a lot of time telling you what Halo does, but not nearly enough time telling you who the slightly unhinged woman behind it actually is.

So, hi. I’m Haleigh.

Former cardiac critical-care nurse. Current aesthetics + wellness nerd. Chronic researcher. Horse girl. Collector of weird s**t. Occasional swearer. Frequent ADHD soapboxer. Firm believer that “but where’s the evidence?” is a perfectly reasonable response to being told I need the newest thing.

Halo is weird because I’m weird.
It’s evidence-based because I need to understand the why.
It’s judgment-free because I know how vulnerable it is to ask someone for help.

And somewhere along the way, all of those pieces of me became this weird little corner of science + beauty that I get to call mine.

I have THE MOST EXCITING news but I can’t share it yet 😮‍💨. I’m the type of person to gift Christmas gifts as soon as I buy them because I’m so excited for the other person.

Anyways… my less important announcement is that I am switching to Circadia! This brand supports my values and mission for Halo, has amazing results, and is very affordable for the average wallet. I always try to put my products and service pricing against pre-aesthetics Haleigh: if I wasn’t getting this at cost as a provider, would I be able to afford it on my regular nursing salary? With this in mind, you know a product is GOOD if I’m not only carrying it, but carrying it with a higher price.

New product catalog is being worked on while I’m sick at home, so stay tuned!

Unfortunately I have succumbed to my yearly man cold. I have been stuck on my mom’s couch while I moan and groan and blow my nose while she’s on toddler duty.

I will be reaching out to everyone currently, but all Tuesday appointments will have to be rescheduled. Wednesday ones are safe *for now* but we will see if I’m fever-free by tomorrow evening.

I had a marathon day today! Being a solo small business owner comes with so many challenges. I don’t have employees, a receptionist, managers, content creators, or someone managing inventory behind the scenes. It’s just me. 🤍
