I confess I’m still a lash newbie (I am a mascara ju**ie though). With allergies & colds circulating, I wanted to have an option to not wear a mascara & still look put together.

It is an incredible achievement that we it made to the final 5! I was so honored to be asked to be a part of the artistic team last summer for .

The award ceremony was (finally) Sunday night (and I made it there, 33 weeks preggo and all 😂 ). So proud of our team (cocreators & )!

Most of you know that earlier this year, after 16 years of hairdressing, that I made a professional shift into makeup artistry and beauty education with JCPenney Beauty; becoming the beauty field trainer for both the Chicago & Minneapolis districts. Ending this last chapter of my hair career with NAHA was a wonderful honor and validation as an artist. I loved making my queens (inspired by historical Queen Elizabeth & Netflix Queen Charlotte), which completely pushed me out of my comfort zone and empowered me to do things I’d never done before. I’m forever grateful.
