It’s the season of DRY skin! The cold can have a negative effect on our skin. Our skin can have a difficult time retaining moisture due to the lack of humidity this season. This can lead to dry skin, cracked lips, and also itchy skin.

*it is important to adjust your skin care routine to the season we are in. You don’t exactly need to change every product from your cleanser to sunscreen but you should be able to switch to heavier moisturizer or apply more during the day to prevent any dryness within your skin.

Getting facials can also help your skin stay hydrated!

Did you know there are 3 stages to hair growth?
Anagen, Catagen, and Telogen-acronym ACT.
A-phase is the growth stage, new hair is produced.
C-transition stage, the hair detaches itself from the dermal papilla.
T-final stage, hair moves up the follicle and is ready to shed.
