It’s been a good while since I’ve posted anything.
I am 6 sessions in with this client who comes in once a week due to her busy schedule…..
She does her part and drinks a lot of water(to flush out what I’m breaking down)and is also doing early morning work outs.

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted….
This girl put in the work by exercising, drinking her water and meal prepping. Her 6th session was tonight and she decided she would go for another 6.

This client understands the assignment!!!
Drinking a gallon of water a day, exercising and meal prepping…..She is helping me help her!

Today was this client’s first session!!!
After the session 4.5 inches(total) were removed from the abdominal area….she even said she felt lighter 😁
She was skeptical about contouring and sculpting, but decided she would do the Mother’s Day package—6 sessions!

She was very skeptical about this whole body contouring and sculpting… She had a lot of questions and still does. She thought she had to have some type of weight loss surgery to do this…..But I proved her wrong!! The only thing she has done different is cut back on drinking her sodas. She is 6 sessions in and only started walking this past week.
She sent me these pics and stated the pic on the left was 2 weeks prior her first session and the one on the right was this morning. She used the exact same clothes and stood in the same spot.
