HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY !!

I wanted to show a comparison seeing how I haven’t noticed the changes as much as others have. January Versus today

Changes that I noticed for me :

❤️Legs don’t feel near as achy
❤️Neck fat doesn’t try to take me out at night anymore
❤️Haven’t felt chest pain
❤️I want to take more pics 🤳
❤️God blesses me the more I take care of me (this vessel)
❤️I’ve been gettin’ hit on more by customers (hahaha)
❤️I’ve had to buy 2 pant sizes down , about to buy the next size down this week.
❤️Im not craving all my old favorite garbage boxed snacks .
❤️I know longer turn to food for comfort
❤️Eye twitching has lessened (even with my sleep still not regulated)
❤️Life all around me (even the annoying) makes me feel happy to be part of …

People that have asked what I do or say “ I need to get to the gym “… while it will help it’s almost pointless if you haven’t Controlled your mind and food habits.
Every time I’ve made progress with my health and weight loss it’s always been food changes that give me the results.

This is the first time I can confidently say I’m in control of my eating habits and so proud of myself because it truly has been a lifelong struggle.

Praying for the most success to anyone that starts there journey …EVEN MORE if you start then stop … then start then stop 🛑
I’m way too familiar with this routine and rooting soooooo hard for you !!
