THIS! This is why I do what I do.

One of my why’s is to help people feel like themselves again. Achieving this requires a variety of skills and viewing patients as a whole. Truly listening and piecing together all the relevant information to identify the problems and challenges present and providing the best individualized plan of care through shared decision making and informed consent. Everything in life is a process and it’s truly rewarding to be a part of so many distinct stories.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted the process and choose to begin their wellness journey with Revive Lounge Wellness Services .

Hormones don’t change the same way for everyone—and neither do the symptoms.

Some people experience hot flashes, mood changes, fatigue, brain fog, sleep disturbances, or weight changes. Others may notice only subtle shifts, and some may have very few symptoms at all.

That’s why there is no one-size-fits-all approach to hormone health. Every body is unique, and treatment decisions, including whether BHRT is appropriate, should be based on your individual symptoms, health history, and goals.

If you’ve been told that what you’re experiencing is “just part of aging,” know that you have options. The first step is understanding what’s happening and having a conversation with a qualified healthcare provider.

Your hormone journey is personal. Your care should be too.
