To encourage donations, Carlee is offering a raffle for a complimentary full set of lash extensions to donors. As a business owner I appreciate rules and licenses, they r put in place to protect the public. We spend alot of time and money to follow rules, and I get real upset when u hear of businesses running that dont follow rules, or get proper licenses. Our education cost alot of money, so many services have certification, but along with a certification you need and education in the State of Mich. When you go for a service make sure they have the proper education to be doing that service, and the proper licenses.
