Using a sunscreen daily is so IMPORTANT, I cannot stress this enough. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation, particularly UVA and UVB rays, along with blue light exposure, poses significant risks to skin health. UVA rays pe*****te deeply into the skin and contribute to premature aging and skin cancer, while UVB rays are primarily responsible for sunburn and can also lead to skin cancer. Blue light, emitted from digital devices and the sun, can exacerbate skin damage by increasing oxidative stress, leading to pigmentation issues and accelerating aging.

Given these harmful effects, the use of broad-spectrum sunscreen is crucial. It provides a protective barrier against both UVA and UVB rays, helping to mitigate the risk of skin damage and maintain overall skin health. Regular application of sunscreen is essential, even on cloudy days or when indoors, to ensure comprehensive protection against these damaging factors.
