My client requested lymphatic drainage to help with her inflammation. The left picture shows drainage ONLY on the right side, the right picture shows FULL lymphatic drainage. The difference may appear subtle, but to tissues that are retaining water (edema), this difference means less discomfort, more range of motion within the joints, feeling lighter … The list goes on.

Our skin is the largest organ in our bodies and the most obvious. We can tell a lot about what’s going on inside our bodies by the look of our skin. I learned about the importance of skincare when I was 18 years old by a Mary Kay lady in the mall when she scouted me out to be her “model” at her cosmetics meeting. I wasn’t successful as a Mary Kay consultant, but I DID learn that the Ivory soap I was using just wasn’t going to cut it. Ever since then, I’ve invested in high quality skincare.
That’s another reason why I am very particular about the massage lubricants I use in my practice. We absorb lotions and potions within 30-60 seconds, so be cautious about what you’re handling!

Mine is lip balm! I can’t STAND dry lips! It drives me NUTS! 👄💦

This was me about 15 years ago at my first big CrossFit competition teamed up with the most elite at our box only because I had a lot a natural strength and a history of training hard as a fitness trainer.
Box jumps, double unders, clean & jerks, high reps of heavy back squats, burpees… all the things. Man… I LIVED for it!

That season has passed for me and now I focus my training for what is best for my hormones, my nervous system, my job, my joy. It took a little while to get used to this transition, but my body thanks me for it.
Living in a constant state of fight or flight for my entire adult life wrecked my system and fatigued my adrenals. I felt the Lord leading me to a place where I can just “be still” and that has brought me into homeostasis.
It’s peaceful not feeling the constant pressure to maintain a certain look or performance level. My focus is vitality and longevity. I want to be feeling great and active all through my golden years!
I applaud those who are around my age and older who still have that high intensity left in ya and are killing it! As for me, I hit it way hard, way early with little to no breaks for SO long that I embrace this chapter.
Now I’ve gotta go traipse through the woods for awhile. ✌️

5 years ago today, after attending a week long class and passing my exam down in Austin, I earned my Manual lymphatic Drainage certification alongside my friend Ladykelsey who I also graduated from school with! This was one of the best professional decisions I ever made!

Tony & Maria have been coming to me for body work for about 3 years now. Maria has been in a wheelchair as a result of the Covid vaccine for 4 years.
