When it comes to healthy hair, I’m big on prevention, consistency, and using the right products for your actual hair needs. That’s why I typically recommend my clients stay on a 12-week trim schedule. The goal is to retain length by taking care of your ends before they become a bigger problem.

And the oils? 😂 You already know my rule, if it’s in the kitchen, it’s for eating, not for your hair.
