I have been a certified personal trainer for 7+ years and in the physical therapy field for 6+ years.
I have experience training 100+ clients.

Whats unique about my information is not the actual exercise but the WORKOUT ROUTINE, WORKOUT PROGRESSION, AND WORKOUT GUIDANCE that I design.

H - How to perform the exercise?
E - Easier version of the exercise
A - Advanced version of the exercise
T - Tips for the exercise
H - Keeps knees slightly bent. Keep elbows bent at 90 degrees with the arms shoulder level. Bring forearms towards each other and away from each other (slight past your chest).
E - Don't use any dumbbells and perform the move for speed and timed
A - Perform the exercise in a squat position with thighs parallel to the floor.
T - Keep the core tight. Do not use your bodys momentum by swaying foreword and backward.
