We’re so excited to officially welcome Davines to Maven & Mane!

Many of our longtime clients may remember Davines as a line that Andrea and Leah absolutely loved, and we’re thrilled to be bringing it to the salon.

As part of this transition, we’re also introducing “A New” Color, Davines’ ammonia-free permanent color system, replacing our previous ammonia-free line while continuing to work alongside our trusted Wella color system.

We chose Davines with you in mind. From luxurious haircare and styling products to beautiful, high-performing color, every product is thoughtfully crafted with sustainability at its core—because we believe caring for your hair should also mean caring for the world around us.

One of the biggest lessons we have learned as business owners is that the greatest return you’ll ever get comes from believing in your people.

When we say that, we don’t just mean financially. We mean giving your time, sharing your knowledge, creating opportunities, offering encouragement, and believing in someone wholeheartedly—even before they fully believe in themselves.

When people know you truly believe in them, they rise to meet that belief.

We’ve had the privilege of watching our team grow—not just as stylists, but as confident, talented young women finding their place in this industry. We’ve watched them accomplish things they once thought were out of reach, and there is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that transformation.

It isn’t always easy. It takes patience, consistency, trust, and a lot of hard work. But seeing someone discover their confidence and realize their potential makes every bit of it worthwhile.

Over the next few weeks, we want to introduce you to the incredible people who make Maven & Mane what it is—their talents, their personalities, and the little things that make each of them so special.

Together, we’ve built something we’re incredibly proud of. This team is our greatest investment, our greatest accomplishment, and without question, the heart of Maven & Mane.

Happy 250th Birthday, America. 🇺🇸

Today, we’re feeling especially grateful.

Like many Americans, we know our country isn’t perfect. But we also know how blessed we are to call it home. From sea to shining sea, America is filled with incredible people, diverse cultures, beautiful landscapes, and endless opportunities. No matter where you go, there is always something to learn, someone to connect with, and a new perspective to appreciate.

Leah was raised by grandparents from the Depression and World War II generation who taught her to love God, work hard, be grateful, and never take this country or its freedoms for granted. Those lessons have shaped who she is as a mother, wife, business owner, and person.

For Andrea, America represents a dream realized. The opportunity to build a life, grow a successful business, and share that journey with her parents, brother and husband is something she cherishes deeply. Her story is a reminder of the hope and opportunity that have drawn generations of people to this country.

As the owners of Maven & Mane Salon, we are grateful every day—not only for the chance to pursue our dreams, but for our incredible team of talented and hard working women and the clients who have become part of our story. We truly believe America’s greatest strength is its people.

Today, we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy, the sacrifices that made them possible, and the country that has given so many of us the opportunity to build a life we love.

Just a friendly reminder that Maven & Mane Salon will be closed for the following holiday weekends so our team can rest, recharge, and spend time with the people they love:

• Memorial Day Weekend | May 23–25
• Fourth of July Weekend | July 4–6
• Labor Day Weekend | September 5–7

As always, appointments surrounding holiday weekends tend to fill quickly, so we recommend pre-booking your summer visits in advance.
