What are 5 things I've learned the hard way?

1. Never let the people you'll never find at your finish line make you feel like you want too much.
-There will always be someone telling you your goals are over-the-top or it's too much work. Ignore them. If it is on your heart, don't stop...the finish line doesn't even really exist 😉

2. Your success makes other people uncomfortable, that's on them, not you.
-The vast majority of people never get out of their own way and the fact that you are taking matters into your own hands makes them question themselves. It's not your job to dance around other people's feelings like that.

3. Always bite off more than you can chew.
-And then learn to EAT. You'll never find a successful individual that "played it safe" their whole life.

4. Grit and perseverance will always outweigh talent.
- You can teach most people anything. Grit can't be bought, it can't be taught, you either have it or you don't. It's what separates the dreamers from the do-ers.

5. Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
-Embarrassment is such an unexplored emotion. It's a special kind of uncomfortable but the less you care what people think and the more you put yourself out there, the more opportunity presents itself.

There is so much more these 40 years have taught me but if one person reads this and thinks f$ck yes, then I've done my job.

More than anything in this world, I just want everyone to know they have what it takes to make their visions come to life, but it doesn't come cheap. Some days are really hard, s**t, some months and years are really hard but that's what forges you into the warrior you were meant to be. You weren't put on the Earth to be mediocre. It's ok to want simple things, but it's never ok to waste your spark and fire on rolling over and letting life get the best of you.

This one is from my soul to yours because sometimes it's hard and that's ok, but you better keep showing up, moving onward and upward and doing whatever it takes, because someone is always watching and you never know who you're inspiring 💪
