We have an exciting announcement! Our friend is rejoining the AWC. Lauren was one of our original practitioners when we first opened and had a strong counseling practice until she moved away. But guess what, she came back like a boomerang 👏🏼👏🏼!!

This time Lauren will be offering not only her always sold out crystal bowl meditations but also energy healing sessions each and every Friday!!

You can book her energy healing sessions on Jane App. They not only include reiki but also tarot cards, essential oils, sound, and crystals.

Her next New Moon Crystal Bowl Sound Bath is on Thursday May 13th at 7p (we’ve made it a little earlier)... and is no longer on Eventbrite but on the the MindBody app with all of our other Zen Den classes!!
