A unique and rare lot from Cafe Granja La Esperanza - Sidra Natural (https://www.beluxcoffee.com/product-page-1/colombia-sidra-natural-cafe-granja-la-esperanza) . Sidra is a cross-breed native to Ecuador that is reportedly either/both derivative of Bourbon and Typica which has become a popular due to its floral notes. For this coffee, we cupped flavors of Floral, Nectarine, Passion Fruit, Red Plum, Blackberry, Vanilla, Spice. It is also included in our July coffee subscription.
