Good Saturday morning attempting to get back into rhythm of making video content about massage, lymphedema and motivation. Today video is about surgery update and important home regiments to keep lymphedema under control.

Being a therapist doesn’t mean I exempt from treating myself to a maintenance massage. My muscles stress and brea down like everyone else that comes in for therapy.
Benefits of massage abdomen reduce risk of hernia(s). Lymphatic massage abdominal muscles. Forgot to mention important breathing exercises during massaging abdominal muscles.
