Everyone talks about workout soreness but nobody talks about post-massage soreness 🥴
It’s been over 15 years since my last massage, and with all the strength training plus the nerve pain I’ve been dealing with on my right side… I knew it was time.
Shoutout to Chris from CR Therapeutics for putting me back together… even if I can’t pick up a spoon today 😂
