It’s been a TOUGH 2022 & I am beyond grateful 🙏🏼 to my family and my closest friends who saw me through the darkest & most difficult time in my life. You all know who you are, and I am beyond thankful to each of you!!

I’ve learned that it’s ok to really need others & to accept their help. Since my job & life is about helping others, sometimes I’ve forgotten how to receive help!

Even more, I’ve learned to love and appreciate all of the small and what seem insignificant moments. It’s these moments that are the most special 🥰

Even though I haven’t been practicing as much as I was when this photo was taken a few years ago I still love the ability to center my mind, expand breath, & make fun shapes with my body! But mostly I love that this practice helps center me to be better for the people in my life!

Happy Father’s Day!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted so I thought today would be a great day to get back to it!!

My dad has taught me A LOT!! And one thing is to love what I do every day, and those who know me, know I love what I do!! He also taught me to seek knowledge….I never seem to know enough!!

I’m so blessed to have both of my parents in my life ❤️🙏🏼 Together they helped to shape who I am today, and were an amazing example of love, dedication & family!
