Basic steps for a good newsletter

Step 1: Audience and Topic
The first thing you should do is consider your audience and pick a topic that will connect with them. Something personal and relevant to your business is always good.

Next, make sure your content is accurate. If you’re discussing a particular topic, don’t be afraid to reference your sources. It builds credibility with your audience. Proofreading everything is also critical. Don’t just check for grammar errors, but review the language you use for consistency of tone and voice.

Step 3: Call-to-Action
Finally, include a call-to-action, either a link to your website or social media page, or some additional reading. You’ve got your customers attention, so take advantage of it.

Upcoming Salon Closure
Stylus by Luis Rivera will be closed for personal time from January 6 through January 18. Appointment availability is very limited, and I wanted to make sure you have the opportunity to secure one of the last remaining spots before the closure. I encourage you to book soon to ensure your preferred time.

Upcoming Pricing Update (Effective January 1, 2026)
I also want to be transparent and proactive about an upcoming price adjustment beginning January 1, 2026. Due to ongoing economic and political changes, the cost of professional color, products, and equipment has continued to rise. While I have worked hard to absorb these increases, a partial adjustment has become necessary.

Not all services will be affected, and changes will be implemented January 1, 2026.
This update allows me to continue delivering the level of excellence, quality, and consistency you expect. I remain deeply committed to investing in my craft through continued education with Paul Mitchell and my work as an International Educator with Paul Mitchell Systems, ensuring I stay current with trends and advanced techniques.
