Please be advised when booking an appointment each time slot is allotted 2 hours to complete a service. If your service requires more than 2 hours for completion, please book an additional consecutive time slot.

We only use “Spectra/ EZ Braid” brand of pre-stretched hair for braided styles due to the harsh chemicals found in other brands of kankelon hair. All other brands of kankelon hair will be refused.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from your stylist not something you might have changed your mind about after the service was performed. In the event of a disagreement, a re-service must be authorized by management. Customers have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complementary service to discuss any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed five days after the initial service date.

Late Arrivals

Please be gracious to your stylist and fellow clients by arriving on time (or early) to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and you have not notified your stylist or staff member, there will be a $15 late fee imposed. Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late for your appointment will forfeit the original scheduled appointment and may have to reschedule for a later date.

Cancellation & “No-Show” Fees

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we kindly asks that you notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule your service at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Should you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, you will be charged a $35 fee at the time of your next service. All “no-shows” we be charged 100% of the original services booked at the time of your next service. In the future, no-shows may be serviced on a walk in basis only. This policy ensures that stylists have ample time to fill the appointment slot in the event of a cancellation.

Payment & Gratuity

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments fulfilled outside of the salon and out of state.

We accept cash as well as Cash App, Apple Pay and all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. However, there is an additional 3.5% service fee to use any of these cards. Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit/debit card charges.

Gratuity is not included in the service fees listed on our price list. Gratuity is accepted on credit cards and in cash.

Right to Refuse Service

Treasuring Tresses has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff members or customers/clients.
