6 days until school… and somehow all my favorite clients decided today was the day. ❤️ 8:00 am to 8:00 pm nearly killed me but what a fun day!!

I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Back-to-school season is here, and if I keep mentioning it, it’s because it’s one of the busiest times of the year for salons. Everyone wants that fresh haircut before school starts, and those last-minute appointments fill up fast.

I will see 43 clients this week, and today I made the choice to truly rest. ( this is 40)
No appointments, no errands—just a day at the pool with my best friend to unplug and recharge. I am even skipping a concert tonight because I know these next couple of weeks are going to be busy.

As we head into the back-to-school rush, I just ask for a little patience. If I don’t answer your text right away, I’m usually with a client. Please do your best to arrive on time, and remember I do require a 24-hour notice to reschedule. Appointments changed without notice are subject to a 50% service charge, especially this time of year when I have a cancellation list.

I love my clients, and I truly love what I do. On Sunday I met the sweetest new client that Justice referred to me, and it reminded me why I chose this career. Thank you for trusting me & us at Studio 210. I’m currently obsessed with all my coworkers as well .❤️

Back-to-School Hair Do’s & Don’ts

✅ DO:
• Get a trim every 6–8 weeks to keep hair healthy and prevent split ends.
• Rinse hair after swimming to help remove chlorine and pool chemicals.
• Use a leave-in conditioner after the pool to restore moisture and help prevent tangles.
• Always use a heat protectant before blow drying or styling.
• Book your back-to-school appointment early!

❌ DON’T:
• Wait until the last minute to schedule your haircut.
• Skip conditioner.
• Overuse dry shampoo.
• Go to bed with wet hair.

-Accepting referrals only (no new nighttime clients)
-I’m gonna work August 11th to squeeze more clients in.
-After August, I’ll be back to my regular schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9–7
Friday: 8–2
Plus one Sunday each month.
