SkinFusion FX is a seeking an exceptional Guest Experience & Communications Coordinator to join our team full-time.

This is more than a traditional receptionist position. You’ll be an important part of the client experience from the first phone call or text through scheduling, check-in, checkout, and follow-up. We’re looking for someone who loves working with people, communicates exceptionally well, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long-term home with our team.

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional Saturday in place of Friday

Our ideal candidate has previous medical spa or medical clinic experience and is:

An exceptional verbal and written communicator
Warm, friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people
Confident and appropriately assertive
Highly organized, efficient, and an excellent multitasker
Comfortable managing phones, texts, clients, providers, and competing priorities
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to think on their feet
Comfortable learning aesthetic treatments, skincare, medical terminology, pricing, policies, and scheduling requirements
A team player who notices what needs to be done and jumps in to help
Professional, receptive to feedback, and interested in becoming a long-term member of our team

Strong social media/content creation skills would be a significant bonus. Experience creating Reels, Stories, photos, videos, or other Instagram/Facebook content and familiarity with Canva or video editing apps is a plus. Candidates with content creation experience are encouraged to share examples of their work for consideration.

We are intentionally looking for someone who wants to build a career in guest experience, client communication, lead management, and medical office operations.

This position is not intended as a pathway into an esthetician, nursing, injector, or treatment-provider role. If your primary career goal is to transition into providing aesthetic services, this will not be the right fit.

Our practice is growing quickly, but maintaining the warm, personal experience our clients know us for is incredibly important to us. The person in this position will play a major role in making sure every client feels welcomed, heard, cared for, and confident that they chose the right practice.
