Our wellness-focused approach combines expert massage techniques with a tranquil environment. R2 Wellness provides massage therapy services for the local community. With a focus on neuromuscular massage and wellness massage, R2 Wellness provides holistic health services and bodywork that is customized to work with each client's unique needs. Our goal is to become a part of our neighbor's lives by focusing on "everyday life" with "everyday people". Knowing that bodywork within the massage therapy field can be a tool used for chronic conditions or short-term ailments, R2Wellness works to match the client's goals and needs with the services that can create actual change in the body by realigning the natural functions and movements of the body, as well as rejuvenate how the client feels after their massage session. By bridging the gap between how the body functions in relation to the central nervous system. Every BODY deserves a massage!

For the R2 Community- it is time! Sarah has officially opened her Wellspring Integrative Health office at R2 and she is accepting new clients. I am so excited to be sharing this space with her and joining together to bring wellness to our local community.
