When you are cool đ aunt Des and you get to take your littles to Hinterland Music Festival because they also have a cool mom Payten Knowles who joined us! They love music like me đś and I wouldnât have it any other way. The arts đ is where itâs at folks!!!

I donât think the people who âmake itâ are built differently.
I think they just keep showing up after the excitement wears off.
The gym gets boring.
Building a business gets hard.
Healthy hair doesnât happen overnight.
Relationships take work.
Life throws curveballs.
None of that means youâre on the wrong path.
Most of the things Iâm proudest of didnât happen because I was motivated every day. They happened because I decided quitting wasnât an option.
Keep showing up.
Even when itâs boring.
Even when itâs slow.
Especially then.
Summer and pool days donât have to mean dry, crunchy hair.
A few small changes before and after you swim can make a huge difference. Your future hair will thank you.

Can I save your fall hair before the crunchy ends show up? đ
Every year around this time I start hearing:

Most of the time itâs not your hair. Itâs that your routine never changed with the season.
My fall checklist:
⢠A deep conditioner once a week.
⢠Less heat when you can.
⢠Protect it from the wind (yes, hats actually help).
⢠Drink your water.
Little things done consistently will always beat expensive products that sit under your sink.
