Today marks six years since we filed our civil lawsuit—on December 16, 2019.
Months prior, we attempted to remedy the situation amicably, but our efforts were completely ignored.

We brought a five-count complaint alleging defamation, defamation per se, false light invasion of privacy, business disparagement, and tortious interference.

The defendants attempted to have the case dismissed but were unsuccessful. Notably, the judge ruled that we have a bona fide claim for punitive damages.

At the heart of this case: we were falsely and maliciously accused of serious wrongdoing. They claimed to have evidence supporting their allegations, yet to this day, they have produced nothing that substantiates their claims —a concern we certainly never had.

In a striking irony, the very misconduct they accused us of is what they directed at us—and we have clear evidence to prove it.

It now appears a trial will take place in 2026.

We remain fully committed to seeing this through to the end.

This is so surreal right now for our family 🙏🏻❤️ So many years of praying for Marc to come home. Back in the fall he finally declared wrongfully detained in Russia, which was a huge relief in knowing that he would eventually come back to the US.

For those of you who knew that my cousin had been detained in Russia for several years now... He's finally coming home today ❤️

So we are down to the last of days in the old Crystal Clear Wellness location. I HAVE SO MANY DISPLAYS! Also misc things like binders office supplies and stuff!
