🚨 A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT OUR PRICING & OUR STANDARDS 💎

At Krystal Nails, we believe in being transparent with our clients. We work hard every day to provide exceptional service, quality products, a clean environment, and an experience we can truly be proud of. ❤️

We understand that everyone has different budgets and priorities, and we respect that. Our standard practice is to communicate pricing and make sure you understand what you’re receiving before your service begins. There should never be a surprise at checkout.

If something about your service or pricing doesn’t feel right, please talk to us before you leave. We genuinely want the opportunity to listen, understand, and make things right whenever possible. ❤️

We also understand that price may be the most important factor for some clients. If that is your top priority, we completely respect that — we simply may not be the right salon for you. We are fortunate to live in a community with many talented salons and independent nail professionals, and everyone deserves to choose what works best for them. 🤍

For the clients who choose Krystal Nails because you appreciate our quality, standards, cleanliness, products, and service — we are incredibly grateful for you. 🙏💖

Our prices reflect everything that goes into maintaining the experience we provide:

✨ Premium products & supplies
🧼 Daily salon upkeep & sanitation
💅 One-use items & disposable supplies
⭐ Quality services & attention to detail
🥤 Complimentary drinks & refreshments for our clients
🏢 The overhead costs of operating a professional salon

We love being able to offer those little extras that make your visit feel more special. From complimentary drinks to the relaxing environment we create, our goal is for you to feel pampered, comfortable, and welcomed every time you visit. 💖

As fellow business owners know, there is so much that happens behind the scenes to maintain a high-quality business.

We never take your support for granted. Every client who chooses Krystal Nails Salon & Spa helps us continue building the kind of salon we believe our community deserves. We genuinely want to give Altus a place they can feel proud of!

Thank you for understanding, supporting us, and allowing us to continue doing what we love. 🙏💖
