Alot of cutting establishments charge a fee for not showing up or not canceling an appointment. We do not but still expect some type of communication. Our time slots are filled with people who pay money, when someone does not show up or call to cancel, it takes money from us. and if a walkin is waiting , if you are not on time , we will start another person who is there. Be on time or you might have to wait longer, at least we don't charge you for not showing up. Thanks to the clients who do pay for missing❤️
