Some of the prettiest vivid colors start long before the color is ever applied 💜

We started with a natural level 7 and carefully lifted the hidden panel, toned it to create a beautiful clean base, then applied a rich black and hand painted each vivid shade to create this oil slick peekaboo😍 Every color was placed with intention so it would reveal itself differently with every curl and every movement. 🖤🌈
