Good afternoon everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I have over 75 messages I need to respond to, I have been responding to them in the order they were received.

It's tough to get thru them all because when I respond to some one, they respond back and I have to go back and respond again. I'm doing my best to make sure I have contact with each of you.

I want to say thank you for all of your orders throughout the years, it was my pleasure to make skincare products for you. I know I've let some of you down, but that was not my intention.

I will make things right, it might not be overnight like some expect, but it will be made right. I'm over the drama and don't need it in my life, I'm sure most of you feel the same. I loved my business and all of my customers too. I will be spending the rest of today trying to touch base with everyone that has messaged me and write down what money or products I still owe my customers.

God Bless you all and I bow down to you with thanks for being here for me since September 2010. I'm going to miss you all.

Good afternoon my sweet friends. This weekend I am going to say goodbye. Two Girls Sugar Swirls will no longer be in business. I'm going to put my name, recipes and supplies up for sale.

I've missed making products and filling orders for everyone, sometimes others make a decision that affects things and it's out of your hands.

I will make things right with everyone that I owe products to by refunding your money as soon as I can. I'm sorry.

Thanks for all that you have given me and for all the awesome memories.

Good evening my sweet friends, I hope you are all doing well tonight. I want to let you all know that I am considering closing my business.

I've worked hard for my customers since opening in September 2010. I dedicated my time to make and fill your orders by being up day and night, if I needed too. As you know I've experienced a tough couple of years due to some personal things in my life.

I've also experienced a lot here on my page, competitors creating fake pages to post things to try to bring me down, customers contacting other customers trying to trash me. I'm just tired of all the drama, I honestly just wanted to make all natural products to help my customers and their family members.

But I'm to the point that it just isn't worth it any more. I can't deal with the bullying and those that chose to be mean, that's not me!

I will complete the orders I'm currently working on and refund the money on the orders I'm not going to be able to fill as soon as I can.

I'm sorry, but I am a caring person and I just can't deal with the crap that I receive from people that say the contacted the BBB and have never ordered anything from me and are trying to make me to be out a uncaring business owner.

Bless you all and I will do what I can to make it right for each of you. Just know I will take care of everyone. I'm truly sorry situation has affected you in the way it has, I didn't plan on this to happen.

Good evening my sweet friends, I hope you have had a great day.

I just wanted to let you know I have read your comments from my post yesterday. I have a few things to say about my business and I'm going to be brutality honest.

Carolyn L... I know you went over to a buy products from Dee Dee after she came over to help me make products when I got slammed with orders after I delivered products to Stacey Tripp Halstead's mom and gained many new page likes. She helped me and then stole my recipes from me, so you basically got my product, just from someone that was a fraud. So, I don't appreciate your comment yesterday, I'm not a thief, but some people are and don't mind doing it. I'm a very caring person and would never hurt someone on purpose.

Since you have never owned a skincare business, you didn't know the amount of orders I had pending and (when my husband told me he wanted out of our marriage, surprise to me) needed to be filled or even know how long it takes to make a product or to fill an order... Step back girl.

I have put up with competitors bad mouthing me over the years, I did my best to block them and let their comments go in one ear and out the other. I still have them writing nasty things on my page, I feel sorry for them... I'm not even taking the time to block them anymore, not worth my time.

For those of you that are understanding and still believe in me and my products... Thank you! I appreciate everything you've done for me and I love making products and shipping them to you. Skincare is my passion because of the Eczema my grandson suffered that made me start this in the first place.

It has been a very tough time for me. I have a family too and my daughter recently suffered a miscarriage the beginning of June, I've moved since then and changed jobs for the better. I've had to work with my ex-Husband on personal things too.

I have a job that requires me to have a dispatch phone I have to answer 24 hours a day for a week or so at a time and sometimes I'm on the phone at 2, 3 or 4am talking to drivers. I work for a transport company and during the day at 8:30 am I'm in the office being the office manager answering to my boss about A/R A/P and payroll for 70 company trucks and their Owner/Ops... plus our office staff.

So, judge me if you want, but I'm doing my best... I have filled orders and will continue to fill all of my outstanding orders. I'm a trustworthy person. Believe it or not, if not then just move on and know I will fill your order as soon as I possibly can.

Good evening my sweet friends, I'm sorry I haven't responded to you over the past few months. I've been making products and sending them as I can and when I have the time to do so, which hasn't been often, I'm sorry for that..

I'm still trying to rebuild my life and take care of myself. Divorce takes a lot away from you, funds, emotions and the available time to work on filling orders because I've had to get a full time job, I know longer get to work on making products everyday all day at home.

I have a job now that takes away from my time to respond to everyone and update my page like I use to be able to do. I'm sorry, but I do my best to get back with you and respond to you to let you know about your order..

I read your posts and comments today, I am sorry for the broken promises. This has been a tough couple of years and all I can say is, I'm sorry.

Good Sunday afternoon my sweet friends, I know it's been over a month since I posted an update for you, I apologize for not touching base with you sooner.

I have been busy working at my full time job during the day and making products to fill my past due orders at night. I have completed 18 past due orders and have shipped them out, I'm working on the rest of the orders from the beginning of last year. I'm sorry it has taken me this long, but I'm positive that business will be up and running soon like it was back in the good ole days!

I hope to have all past due orders completed and shipped out by the first of June and then I can open up my Etsy store for new orders. Thanks for hanging in here with me and I appreciate all of the support you have given me.

Good Wednesday evening my sweet friends, sorry it has been a few days since I gave you an update... but, this update is a good!!!

I received my order of supplies last Thursday, YAY! I started working this past Sunday on some of the orders I didn't get filled before, well you know, before things had to be shut down...

But, the great news is I'm working on those orders and I should be able to start shipping the past due orders out this Saturday. I have a trusted long time family friend that is going to help me since I work a full time Monday thru Friday, so this makes me feel awesome.

I will be opening my Etsy store to everyone soon, I just need to honor those long standing orders first and with the help of my friend, it shouldn't take too long. Thanks everyone for supporting me and for being a part of the Two Girls Sugar Swirls family.

Good Monday evening my sweet friends, I hope you all had a great Easter weekend with your family and friends, mine was perfect.

I will let you all know when our order of supplies, essential oils, fragrances and other ingredients arrive, I'm expecting them this Wednesday or Thursday at the latest and then I'll be ready to start swirling for you all again.

Just to remind you, I do have a full time job right now (that I love by the way) but, I'm off on the weekends, so that is when I will be all day dedicated to fill your orders, I will also work on them every evening too. I'm ready to get the party started up again, I hope you are too!

Good Saturday afternoon my sweet friends, hope you are having an awesome day... I placed an order for supplies earlier today and I can't wait for them to arrive next week, then I will be able to start taking orders again.

I'm looking forward to filling the orders that I didn't get to make last year and get them shipped out to my customers that have waited so long, thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you placed an order with me in February of 2014 and you have a different address, please send me a message with your new address so I can ship your products to you. I will be filling the orders that I received last year first before any future orders. It's only fair to take care of those customers first that have waited for over a year. I'm so excited to be able to say we are back in business, it may be just part time for now, but that is better than no time at all.

Good Wednesday evening my sweet friends, I have good news...

This Monday I received our GoFundMe funds via PayPal and was able to transfer them into my Two Girls business account, I'm waiting for them to become available, it can take up to 4 days for them to post to my bank account and be available.

I'm so thankful for everything Ms. Jennifer did to set up the fundraiser and to help me get my business started back up. It is unfortunate that it took a little longer than she and we expected, but sometimes things happen in life that are out of our control, I know that first hand or I wouldn't have been in the situation I was in these past few months. So, I send out my thanks and appreciation to Ms. Jennifer for getting us the funds, I'm going to be placing an order for supplies. begin to accept orders and get ready to swirl some sugar for you within the next week.
