I feel like this is something some of us are feeling but don’t feel like we can share in fear of judgement so I’ll share in hopes you know you aren’t alone..

These statements below carry more weight than most people realize.

What is the next step?
What do you want for your life?
How are you going to get there?
What is going to make you better?
How can I help?

Friends, if reading any of those made you feel anxious, small, overwhelmed, you are not alone.
I, myself look at those are have instance anxiety and want to hide..
This may be hard to hear but some of us didn’t think we would be alive this long to have to answer these. So why so much pressure?

Phrases that have been said to me personally:

Nothing is different
You’re just existing
When are you going to make a change

Some would hear that and automatically find motivation and jump into gear. Others, such as myself, become reclusive, it is the opposite effect of people like me.

Can we not just exist?
Be alive, breathing air?
Can that not be enough?

I don’t have the answers, I just want you to feel seen and to know you aren’t alone and I’m so grateful you are alive my friend ❤️‍🩹

Super embarrassing and draining (for me) being the one that’s supposed to be a healer but my own body not cooperating..

It’s easy for me to have empathy for when others have to cancel due to this fact but when it comes to myself I get so discouraged. Because I’m supposed to be able to push through, right?

Why can’t we give ourselves grace but we give it to others?
We can’t pour from an empty cup and yet we continuously do. How backwards is that?

I challenge you to be kind to yourself today, be empathetic to your situation, surround yourself with people who see you- not just what you can offer.
You are not alone!
Broken isn’t bad 🩹❤️‍🩹 never was and never will be, I see you 🫶🏻
