I made changes because I decided I was tired of loosing myself. Everyone else was always put first. Honestly though I still see and feel like the big girl most of the time. With all the changes I have learned so much about myself and others. People who say they are your people tend to leave, unexpected people end up being your biggest cheerleader and let’s be honest everyone will judge you good and bad. I’m still learning to accept me most days and to have come so far and it is such a blessing. Life is still hard most days but I choose to live it happier, I choose to put me first more and I choose to be me even if it doesn’t align with what everyone thinks. I love my kids enough to be a better me, and decisions I make are for me and them.
